Come sit at the table
Table Talk is the long-form armwrestling interview show. Competitors, referees, promoters, coaches, table builders, and the people doing the unglamorous work that keeps a local tournament running. If you pull, organise, or officiate, and you know something, there is a chair and there is an hour.

It is long
Between one and two hours. There is no clock and no segment to get to, which is the only way anybody says anything they have not already said four times that week.
Remote or in person
In person is better and remote is fine. Plenty of the archive was recorded over a call, and nobody watching can tell after the first minute.
You do not prepare
No question list to rehearse. Turn up, and talk about the sport with somebody who already knows how it works.
You get the clips
The full episode goes on the channel, and the shorts cut from it are yours to post. Several guests have had a clip outperform anything on their own account, in front of an armwrestling audience that actually watches to the end.
The guest list
Nobody here was booked because they were trending. They were booked because they know how some part of this sport works, and the episode ran until they had said it.

An hour and forty eight with a legend
